1. Age Restriction
Guests must be *18 years or older* (as per UAE laws) to enter the cafe and partake in smoking sheesha. Valid identification documents may be required to verify age criteria.
2. Pregnant ladies are not permitted to enter cafe premises as per local law
3. Responsible Smoking
Guests are required to use the shisha equipment responsibly and with care. Misuse or damage to the equipment may result in additional charges.
4. Prohibited Substances
Only the sheesha provided by the cafe may be smoked on the premises. The use of illegal substances or the mixing of personal tobacco/nicotine products with shisha is strictly prohibited. Smoking of any other kind of smoking equipments like e-cigarettes, vapes or cigars is also prohibited within the premises.
5. Alcohol possession or consumption is strictly not allowed within the premises.
6. No Outside Food or Beverages
Outside food or drinks are not allowed in the cafe unless specifically approved by management for special occasions.
7. Respectful Behavior
All guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff. Any harassment, aggression, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.
8. Time Limits
During busy periods or weekends, guests may be limited to a set time for using the shisha. This is to ensure that all guests can enjoy the cafe services.
9. Payment and Charges
All charges must be settled before leaving the cafe.
Any damage to equipment will incur additional fees.
10. Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not comply with these terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately.
11. CCTV
For safety and security, the cafe premises are under video surveillance.
12. Head change
Head change charges will be applicable if you want to replace your shisha flavor beyond 10 mins of starting.
In case of customized flavor mix, no head change request will be entertained if you do not like the flavor.
13. Amendments:
The cafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
